Terms and Conditions
Inspection and Quotation
- A technician will inspect the appliance to identify the issue and provide an estimated cost of repair before commencing any work.
- If the client declines the repair after inspection, a call-out fee is applicable.
- If the client approves the repair after inspection, the call-out fee will be deducted from the total cost.
Spare Parts
- The company uses original or approved replacement parts, subject to availability.
- The client will be informed of the type and cost of spare parts before installation.
- Spare parts are covered under a limited warranty, depending on supplier policy.
Service Warranty
- The company provides a 30-day to 90-day warranty on completed repair work from the date of service.
- The warranty covers only faults related to the same issue previously repaired and does not apply to new or unrelated faults, misuse, or damage caused by third parties.
Payment Terms
- Payment must be made immediately upon completion of the service, either in cash, bank transfer or via approved electronic payment methods.
- For maintenance contracts, payment terms will be outlined in the respective agreement.
Liability
- The company shall not be held responsible for any data loss, settings, or contents within appliances during the service.
- The company is not liable for any damage resulting from tampering or repairs performed by another party after service completion.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 3 hours before the scheduled visit.
- If the client is not available at the scheduled time without prior notice, the call-out fee will still apply.
Customer Data Privacy
- The company is committed to protecting client information and will not share personal data with any third party unless required for technical or legal purposes.
Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
